1. What are the specifications of ELISA kits? Can the microplates inside the kit be disassembled?

Samples with mild hemolysis (light red) can still be tested, but for samples with severe hemolysis, the experimental results may exhibit certain inaccuracies.
6. Which reagents cannot be used for processing ELISA samples?
Ripa lysis buffer is commonly used, and the chemical components in it can affect the activity of HRP. Additionally, the sample must not contain sodium azide, as it can also affect the activity of HRP.
7. Can heparin be used as an anticoagulant for ELISA?
It is recommended to use EDTA as an anticoagulant, and to avoid using heparin as an anticoagulant as much as possible (excessive heparin may cause the test results to be on the high side). If heparin is used as an anticoagulant, please ensure that the heparin concentration is below 10 IU/mL
